Role: Mainframe Developer (IMS/CICS Focus)

Location: Wilmington, DE (100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Experience: 8+ Years

Technical Requirements

• Core Languages: Expert-level COBOL and JCL.

• Database: Deep expertise in IMS/DB (Database) and IMS/DC (Data Communications).

• Online Processing: Strong proficiency in CICS functionalities and programming interfaces.

• Operating Environment: In-depth knowledge of z/OS and data set management.

• System Admin: Basic understanding of security and administrative tasks within the mainframe environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex batch processing using JCL.

• Maintain and enhance IMS-based database systems.

• Troubleshoot and optimize CICS transactions.

• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Role: Mainframe Developer

Location: Columbus, OH (100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

Experience: 8+ Years

Technical Requirements

• Primary Skills: COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and VSAM.

• Messaging: Hands-on experience with WebSphere MQ.

• Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment on enterprise-wide applications.

• Nice to Have: REXX, SAS, Cloud Exposure, Easytrieve, and Changeman.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise-scale applications.

• Distill and present complex quantitative analysis to stakeholders.

• Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.

• Utilize MQ for asynchronous messaging between mainframe components.
