Documentation Create and maintain technical specifications| user manuals| and support documentation. Performance Tuning Optimize applications for speed and efficiency. Essential Skills ToolsLanguages COBOL| JCL| SQL| Assembler .ToolsEnvironments CICS| DB2| VSAM| zOS| ISPF| Mainframe Utilities.
