Role Summary
We are looking for seasoned Kinaxis Consultants to join a high-impact digital supply chain transformation program for a global biopharmaceutical leader. This role demands strong functional and technical expertise in Kinaxis, coupled with deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes in complex, regulated environments.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Drive end-to-end solution design, from requirement gathering to deployment and stabilization
- Enable demand, supply, and inventory planning capabilities through scalable and optimized configurations
- Lead workshops, solution discussions, and stakeholder engagements across business and IT teams
- Integrate Kinaxis within the broader enterprise ecosystem (SAP and other planning platforms)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Proven track record in implementing supply chain planning solutions at scale
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, preferably in Life Sciences/Pharma
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, APO, or IBP
- Strong communication skills with ability to work in a client-facing, consulting environment
Good to Have
- Kinaxis certification
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to Agile delivery models
