Location: Denver, CO (5x/ week onsite)

Duration: 6 months


 

Skills: EIS : AutoCAD~EIS : Manufacturing Engineering Support
Experience Required: 8-10



Role Descriptions: Support machine setup and configuration based on tooling and CAD inputsEnsure machines are tuned for material type| thickness| and construction methodExecute builds in collaboration with prototype assemblers and tooling engineersTroubleshoot machine-related issues impacting build quality or cycle timeSupport scaling of builds fromEarly prototypeso Pre factory readiness phasesProvide feedback on process optimization and manufacturability constraints



Essential Skills: Hands-on experience in softgoods prototype fabrication (textiles| silicone| leather| synthetics| adhesives)Strong competence in cut and sew processes| including stitch types| seams| thread selection| and tension calibrationExperience with bonding| die cutting| lamination| heat forming| and finishingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings| patterns| and build instructionsFamiliarity with surface finishing and embellishment printing| fabric manipulation| microfiber handling
