Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Led enterprise-wide implementation of Tricentis TOSCA Model-Based Test Automation across SAP and Utility applications, significantly reducing manual testing effort and improving regression coverage.
· Designed and established scalable TOSCA automation frameworks, reusable modules, libraries, and business components to support multiple testing initiatives.
· Developed and maintained automated test suites for SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, Web Portals, Mobile Applications, APIs, and third-party integrations using TOSCA.
· Defined automation roadmaps and identified high-value business processes suitable for automation, improving overall testing ROI and release efficiency.
· Implemented risk-based testing strategies leveraging TOSCA's Impact Analysis capabilities to optimize regression testing cycles.
· Managed TOSCA Commander repositories, workspace administration, version control, user access management, and automation asset governance.
· Established reusable test design methodologies using TOSCA's Model-Based Architecture, enabling faster script development and easier maintenance.

· Implemented TOSCA Distributed Execution (DEX) for parallel test execution, reducing overall regression cycle duration and accelerating release validation.
· Designed and maintained automated validation scripts for SAP batch jobs, reports, interfaces, and critical business transactions.
· Automated end-to-end Meter-to-Cash business processes including Customer Move-In/Move-Out, Meter Reads, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Service Orders.
· Established automation quality standards, coding guidelines, naming conventions, and review processes across QA teams.
· Performed automation code reviews and mentored automation engineers on advanced TOSCA concepts, framework enhancements, and best practices.
· Developed automated reconciliation and data validation solutions between SAP IS-U and downstream utility applications.

· Monitored automation KPIs including automation coverage, script stability, execution success rate, maintenance effort, and defect detection effectiveness.
