Position: ServiceNow DPR Developer

Location: Canton, ME (Onsite)

Duration: 8+ months

 

Description:

 

Must-Have Technical Comptency

 

• Experience as a ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management Developer and Implementing DPR Module, Workspace, release lifecycle, governance model, Release calendar, Orchestration view, Release scorecards and release templates

• Ability to configure ServiceNow DPR applications in alignment with approved design plans.

• Experience in developing persona-driven workspaces for Product Owners, Release Managers, QA, DevOps, and Change Managers.

• Define and configure business unit–specific dashboards with enterprise rollup KPIs. • Configure tasks, approvals, and initial manual policies.

• Strong knowledge on Implementing DPR Workspace and dashboards.

• Experience in implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipeline.

• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.

• Strong knowledge on integration and have experience 3rd party integrations like JIRA, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab etc.

• Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS

• Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, MySQL databases and AD respectively

• Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability

• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator

• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology

• Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Behavioral competency

• Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)

• Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily

• Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
