Looking for PHP Developer – Remote

Job title: PHP Developer (Drupal + AWS)

Location: Remote

Exp: 14

Job Duties 

 Be the technical liaison between customers and engineering resources.

 Provide tactical scope and work directly with the business representatives/customers to understand the requirements driving the need for a solution to be developed

 Communicate effectively with both business and technical colleagues throughout the course of the project. Ensure that all the appropriate questions are asked and verify that nothing crucial to the success of the project is overlooked

 Establish credibility and build impactful relationships with our customers to enable them to be cloud advocates

 Participate in deep Engineering discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new, or migrating existing, applications, software, and services on the AWS Cloud Platform.

 Develop, build, test, and deploy code into the customer environment Requirements:

 2-3+ years design & implementation strong experience with PHP based web applications

 2-3+ years of strong experience in Drupal CMS platform, including custom plugin development and integration of customer required plugins

 Understand and professional experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure. S3, Redis, ElastiCache

 “Hands on” experience with tooling and services related to Database deployments and admin: MySQL, PostgreSQL

 Apache2 / PHP8 configuration experience

 Containerization (Docker, K8S)

 Demonstrated knowledge of software development tools and methodologies

o Source code management: Git

o Artifacts management (one or more): Artifactory, Nexus, S3, Blob storage, etc

o CICD (one or more): GitHub actions, GitLab CICD, Bitbucket pipelines, Jenkins, ArgoCD, AWS DevOps
