Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:   

Functional Oracle ERP Architect with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials to lead functional solution design, business process transformation, and architecture governance while collaborating with technical teams on integrations.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, Projects).
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Design chart of accounts, enterprise structures, and financial data models.
• Review and govern FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end designs.
• Act as primary liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams.
• Define integration requirements and collaborate on OIC-based solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment from a functional standpoint.
• Define and standardize end-to-end finance processes such as:
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Project-to-Profit (P2P for Projects)

 Experience

• 5+ years as ERP/Solution Functional Architect
• 8–12+ years Oracle ERP experience (Cloud + EBS)
• 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials

 Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in finance & project accounting processes
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Hands-on experience with functional specs and solution validation
