Network Engineer
Location: New York, NY ( 100% Remote)
Job Duration: 12 months Contract
Engineer work in Greenfield large Network services
Connectivity to Wi-Fi, Corporate DMZ, Firewalls, Configuration of Firewalls
Legacy to new Green filed Infrastructure
Engineer who understands Routing and Switching
Looking for SME in Routing and Switching
work experience in routing and switching with protocol knowledge such as TCP/IP, BGP, NAT, HSRP, EIGRP, OSPF, VLAN, DNS, etc.
Migration in Data Center experience is good to have
10+ years of experience in networking is preferred.
work experience with firewalls (i.e., Palo Alto/Juniper, etc.) and load balancers (i.e., F5, AVI, LTMs/GTMs, etc.)
We are Cisco Shop
Load balancing on Firewalls.
Media Infrastructure migration experience is nice to have
Configuration of Firewalls is good to have
Financial services are nice to have but not required.
Any Certification is plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is nice to have
work experience in troubleshooting and using tools such as Splunk, NetBrain, protocol level packet analysis using Wireshark, Solarwinds, HPNA, etc.
Two rounds of Interviews
Top Skills: BGP, OSPF, Firewalls Configuration, Palo Alto (Firewalls)
Layer 2 and Layer 3 Routing and Switching experience
Fully remote option is open for outside New York, NY
Some rotating shifts on Weekends may be two-three in a Month pattern
