(BSA) serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying system and process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and system requirements. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation. Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to address business challenges. Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Assist in the creation of user manuals, training materials, and process documentation. Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.
