It is a fully remote position and having multiple roles with multiple client.

Position: SAP HR functional consultant
Location: Remote (Basking Ridge, NJ)
Duration: Contract
Experience: 11+/12+

Job Description:

Knowledge & Skills:

Proven success with service delivery, evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutions to meet business needs

Must have at least 5+ years of SuccessFactors experience in Talent & Performance Management and Compensation. Wokday knowledge in this modules preferred.
Experience in global implementations, with a preference for those who have worked across different time zones, is desired.
Participation in occasional meetings is required, scheduled either at 7 AM EST or 7 PM EST, particularly during the project kickoff and implementation stages. We are seeking an individual who is adaptable and can provide support to the project with flexibility in working hours. The anticipated commitment is a standard 40-hour workweek.
Must have excellent presentation skills as many presentations
Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. We perform multiple audits & calculations in excel
Must be well versed in documenting requirements, developing training materials and testing
Knowledge of HR workflows and other HCM processes preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audience
Must be a self-motivated and energetic individual with solid business analysis capability who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced, agile environment and be comfortable with change.
Must have exceptional analytical skills and capabilities
Must have good problem-solving skills. The ability to problem-solve through problem identification (what is the problem), solution assessment (what can be done), problem documentation (document for future) and problem response (implementing a solution).
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
