Job Description:   

Role Descriptions: The Analytics Insight Analyst with AI Expertise is responsible for extracting actionable business insights by leveraging advanced analytics techniques and AI-powered tools. This role involves deep data analysis| pattern recognition| and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to translate complex data into clear| impactful insights using AI technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep-dive analysis of large and complex datasets to uncover trends| patterns| and opportunities using AI and machine learning tools.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics platforms to enhance data exploration| anomaly detection| and predictive insights.
• Develop and validate models that support forecasting| customer segmentation| and behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with business units to understand analytical needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Create clear| concise reports and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques to improve analytics capabilities.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and model accuracy.
• Support automation of routine analytics tasks using AI to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain documentation of methodologies| models| and insights for knowledge sharing.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in analytics with strong knowledge of AI| machine learning| or data science tools (e.g.| Python| R| TensorFlow| Azure ML| or similar).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau| Power BI| or equivalent.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and databases (SQL| NoSQL) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science| Statistics| Computer Science| Business Analytics| or related field preferred.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
