ROLE_DESCRIPTION –
We are seeking a skilled UX / UI Engineer with 8-11 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will combine strong UX research and UI design capabilities with hands-on front-end development using React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams. Required Experience and Skills
ā¢ 8-11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
ā¢ Strong hands-on development experience with React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
ā¢ Proficiency with UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
ā¢ Experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
ā¢ Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries, style guides, and accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG principles.
ā¢ Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, asynchronous interactions, state management, micro-frontends, and enterprise integration patterns.
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
ā¢ Experience designing interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, or autonomous AI agents.
ā¢ Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
ā¢ Knowledge of front-end automated testing, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, and secure coding practices.
