Required Skills & Experience
- experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
- Exp as an Architect or Lead Technical architect role
- Strong expertise in:
- ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, SOM
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting (JavaScript)
- ServiceNow data model and performance optimization
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Hands-on integration experience with external systems
- Strong understanding of upgrade strategy and platform lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
- Define end‑to‑end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, TSM/OMT and custom applications.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Telco Service Management along with CSM and Telecommunication Order management for Service Delivery process, Specialized in working in domain separated environment
- Ensure designs align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and long‑term scalability.
- Own architectural decisions related to data model, workflows, integrations, and performance.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and customization approaches.
- Establish and enforce platform governance, including customization standards, naming conventions, update set strategy, and release management.
- Act as the final technical authority for platform changes and architectural exceptions.
- Guide developers and admins on scripted and low‑code implementations (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies).
- Provide technical direction for complex use cases, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor teams on ServiceNow architecture patterns and emerging platform capabilities.
- Design and govern integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, eBonding, and third‑party tools.
- Ensure secure data exchange, error handling, monitoring, and resilience.
- Define integration architecture for identity management, CMDB, monitoring, and external systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
- Support UAT, production readiness reviews, and go‑live activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and ServiceNow support when required.
Certifications (Preferred / Required)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & CAD
