Position: Lead RPA Developer (UiPath)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Job description
· 7+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
· Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions.
· Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator for bot development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
· Experience creating PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
· Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.
· Worked closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
· Experience leading RPA projects and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
· Healthcare domain experience is preferred, especially in:
· Call center operations
· Utilization Management (UM) / Pre-certification processes
· Data matching and validation processes
· Other healthcare operational workflows
· Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.
· Experience supporting production bots and resolving issues during UAT and post-production phases.
· Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery.
· Experience providing knowledge transfer and support to business and technical teams.
· Ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
