Lead Data Scientist with Machine Learning -Charlotte, NC

Location: Charlotte, NC – 5 Days Onsite

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and data science to lead advanced data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Lead Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects from data exploration through production.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and AI/ML models.
• Develop and optimize ML algorithms, predictive models, statistical models, and data pipelines.
• Strong Python, SQL, data analysis, feature engineering, and model development experience.
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns, build models, and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents is highly preferred.
• Guide other data scientists and collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, and business teams.
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML/AI models in production and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
