Summary

 

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise, proven client-facing communication skills, and experience in data lineage and analysis of end-user computing (EUC) environments.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering actionable insights and ensuring transparency in data usage and access patterns.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead data analysis initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.

 

Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets.

 

Document and maintain data lineage to ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance in data flows.

 

Conduct analysis of EUC (End User Computing) users and their data access patterns to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.

 

Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear business insights.

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business analysts, governance teams) to align data strategy with organizational goals.

 

Support compliance, governance, and risk management activities related to data usage.

 

Recommend process improvements for better data management, quality, and reporting.

 

Requirements

 

8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Consultant, or similar role.

 

Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, joins, aggregations, performance tuning).

 

Hands-on experience with data lineage tools and practices.

 

Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills; ability to translate technical data into clear business terms.

 

Experience in analyzing EUC (End User Computing) data access patterns.

 

Proven track record of working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
