About the Role
We are seeking a Labguru Analyst (Contractor) to support the implementation of our Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) on the Labguru platform. This is a hands-on configuration and delivery role — you will work directly with internal stakeholders to design, build, test, and deploy ELN templates and workflows that meet our scientific and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has direct experience configuring Labguru or a comparable ELN/LIMS platform, understands laboratory processes in a life science or pharma context, and can manage iterative delivery cycles from requirements gathering through go-live.
Â
Scope of Work
1. ELN Configuration & Template Development
• Design and build ELN templates within Labguru tailored to laboratory workflows and use cases
• Configure workflows within the platform to support laboratory processes end-to-end
• Ensure all configurations align with business requirements and applicable regulatory considerations
• Support iterative design, testing, and refinement cycles throughout the implementation lifecycle
2. Requirement Translation
3. Testing & Validation Support
• Document test cases, track defects, and implement updates or fixes as issues are identified
• Support validation activities to meet regulatory and quality requirements where applicable
4. Documentation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation throughout the implementation
• Support the creation of user guides, SOPs, and training materials for end users and administrators
• Ensure documentation is kept current through iterative changes and post-deployment updates
5. Deployment Support
• Assist with go-live preparation including final configuration checks, data migration support, and readiness reviews
• Provide post-deployment stabilization support to address issues and ensure smooth adoption
• Serve as a point of contact during the hypercare period following launch
Â

Â
Required
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring Labguru — including template and workflow development
• Background in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or a related laboratory environment
• Experience participating in ELN or LIMS implementation projects from requirements through deployment
• Ability to translate scientific and operational requirements into platform configurations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
• Proven ability to produce clear configuration documentation and user-facing materials
Â
Preferred
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, or other relevant regulatory frameworks
