We are seeking an experienced Kafka Developer with strong expertise in building enterprise-scale event-driven applications and real-time data streaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting high-throughput, low-latency messaging platforms that enable critical banking applications.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka development experience.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and messaging patterns.
- Experience building high-volume, fault-tolerant applications.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Financial services or banking domain experience preferred.

- Confluent Kafka Certification.
- Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

- Configure and manage Kafka topics, partitions, replication, and retention policies.
- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Kafka environments.
