Role: Kafka Developer
Locations: San Francisco, CA (2- 4 weeks Remote then Onsite)
Client: Persistent
Duration: 12+ Months
JD:
• Performing issue analysis & providing solution on Kafka application
• Providing regular issue updates to required stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize support workload
• Operational activity planning
• Working with offshore team
• Assist with MDM strategy, Process Design, high level MDM architecture requirement and the implementation plan
• Performance tuning of Application, Database
Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for Development, QA, and Operations Support
Key Technical Skill:
• 9+ years of overall experience in I.T. with strong background in Java based application development
• 3+ years of Kafka development experience with Kafka streaming, Kafka connect, Kafka APIs and KSQL
• Experience in SOAP/Rest API development
• Experience in Spring Boot based development
• Experience in Microservices development on container based platforms, e.g. Openshift, Kubernetes
• Financial services domain exp preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle and Unix
• Exp with GitHub
• Strong with Oracle ,SQL & PL/SQL (Slicing and Dicing Data)
