Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer for a short-term, remote engagement. You will focus on optimizing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure and firewall security. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Cisco/Arista environments and comfortable managing Palo Alto or Fortinet security policies.
Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure: Configure and troubleshoot core network switching/routing (Cisco/Arista).

Security: Manage firewall policies, VPNs, and traffic flow on Palo Alto or Fortinet platforms.

Support: Resolve network performance issues and ensure uptime during the project window.

Documentation: Maintain accurate configuration records and network status reports.
Required Skills

4–5 years of professional experience in enterprise networking.

Strong command of L2/L3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs).

Hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista hardware.

Expertise in Palo Alto or Fortinet firewall administration.

Ability to work independently within an EST-aligned schedule.
