Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, and modern software architecture principles. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring of development teams, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database design
• Experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps, Key Vault, Service Bus, Storage Accounts)
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Implement CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support critical business applications.
• Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and release management activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hub
• Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Identity Management solutions
• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience implementing AI/ML or OpenAI integrations
• Microsoft Azure Certifications are highly preferred
