Role Summary
We are seeking a GCP IAM Lead / Manager to own IAM design patterns and delivery for onboarding waves. This role will lead engineers and drive secure-by-default identity at scale across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep GCP IAM expertise, strong Terraform governance, and proven leadership in multi-team delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Define IAM reference architectures, including RBAC models, service account strategy, and privileged access patterns.
Establish Terraform standards for IAM, including module patterns, safe binding strategies, and drift controls.
Lead design reviews, approve exceptions, and partner with security and compliance teams on control requirements.
Manage delivery across multiple onboarding efforts, including prioritization, timelines, and dependency management.
Define the operational model, including runbooks, access recertification inputs, metrics, and incident response playbooks.
Drive repeatable, secure IAM onboarding patterns that can be adopted broadly across the organization.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IAM, with deep GCP IAM leadership experience in enterprise environments.
Proven experience leading multi-team delivery and governing standards and exceptions.
Strong Terraform and IaC governance experience.
Security-by-design mindset with a focus on scalable, compliant access management.
Experience partnering with security, compliance, and engineering teams in a large enterprise setting.

Preferred Attributes
Experience building governance frameworks for cloud identity at scale.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance delivery speed with security and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with enterprise access controls, privileged access, and service account management.
