Job Description:

• Context engineering — designing and managing what goes into each LLM call: memory retrieval, thread compression, knowledge injection, system prompt versioning, and per-turn context budgets to maximize signal and minimize noise.
• Harness engineering — building the agent execution harness: tool-call loops, retry/backoff, structured output validation, capability routing, and the test scaffolding that makes agent behavior deterministic and observable.
• AWS cloud platform — IAM, Secrets Manager, ECR, RDS (Aurora PostgreSQL), SQS/EventBridge for async knowledge pipelines, and CloudWatch for operational visibility.
• AWS AgentCore
• Amazon EKS — containerized deployment of FastAPI backend and Next.js frontend; Helm chart authoring, pod autoscaling, ingress configuration, and managing AgentCore sidecar/adapter connectivity within a cluster.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Knowledge governance patterns
• RAG & Knowledge Pipelines
• Human-in-the-loop design
• PostgreSQL + pgvector
• Next.js / TypeScript
• Cedar / ABAC
• Enterprise SSO
• Observability

 

Education : At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
