Job- Lead Dotnet Developer- Prior State Dept. HHS mandatory- USC or GC only Local to Albany, NY

Mandatory Qualification
(PASS/FAIL)

1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer

2. 7 years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.

3. Minimum of four years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Fair Hearings in a Health and Human Service settings.

Additional Qualifications:

1. 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques

2. 5 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8

3. 7 years of experience developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns and Angular

4. 5 years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's

5. 7 years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server and Oracle.

6. 4 years of experience with Web APIs and JSON.
