Role Summary
Lead L2/L3 application support and engineering activities. Act as the primary customer-facing technical lead responsible for incident management, release coordination, stakeholder communication, RCA leadership, application stability, and
continuous improvement initiatives. Own technical governance while collaborating with offshore teams to ensure 24×7 operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as overall technical lead for BidIQ, Pricing Engine, Guidance Engine, and Enabler/Switch support.
Lead P1/P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations.
Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions.
Coordinate releases, deployments, and post-production validations.
Guide offshore support engineers and cloud engineers.
Participate in governance reviews, service reporting, and client leadership meetings.
Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Own transition, KT validation, and operational readiness activities.
