• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE applications (front-end and back-end).
• Proven ability to analyze application logic to determine data sourcing and rule application.
• Strong understanding of data flow, data lineage, and business logic mapping.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with solution architects to re-design sourcing strategies and business rules.
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration tools to support analysis.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other data-driven domains is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.
