IT Project Manager – UKG and ERP / HCM
Location: Tampa, FL – Onsite
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects, preferably with experience in ERP, UKG, and HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams.
Drive project status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Manage dependencies, issues, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
Support ERP/UKG/HCM implementations and transformation initiatives.
Apply change management practices to support successful adoption.
Required Skills:
7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Experience managing enterprise applications or ERP/HCM projects.
UKG and/or HCM experience strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder, communication, and vendor management skills.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Must be local to Tampa, FL and available to work onsite
