NOC Technician to support 24×7 enterprise network, systems, and cloud operations.
Required Skills:
- 2ā4+ years of NOC or Enterprise IT Operations experience
- Cisco routing & switching (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs)
- Network monitoring & incident response (SolarWinds, Splunk, LogicMonitor, Datadog)
- Windows Server & Linux administration
- VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM
- AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud support
- Firewalls, Wireshark/tcpdump, SNMP, NetFlow
- PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform
- ITIL Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or TeamDynamix is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- SD-WAN, MPLS, IPsec/SSL VPN, wireless networking
- CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver
- CI/CD environments
- Avigilon security systems
- Cabling, fiber/copper testing (Fluke DTX)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and technical documentation
Preferred Certifications
Networking: CCNA, CompTIA Network+
Systems: RHCSA, MCSA, VMware VCP
Cloud: AWS Certified (Practitioner/Associate), Azure Fundamentals
Security & Monitoring: CompTIA Security+
Cloud: AWS Certified (Practitioner/Associate), Azure Fundamentals
