Title: IT Business Analyst Principal (SFDC)
Loc: Shoreview, MN
Pay Rate: $75/hr C2C
Description:
Consults with business management providing the most cost effective, innovative technology solutions for required business needs. Serves as a business subject-matter expert on business process solutions.
Responsible for assembling, analyzing, and representing customer business process requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and recommends alternative solutions and project strategy and deliverable prioritization.
– Previous Project Management experience, plus
– Previous CRM implementation experience (Salesforce.com), plus
– Previous Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) implementation experience, significant plus
Serves as senior subject-matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures. Develops high-level implementation plans. Ensures that technical functional specifications cover all business functional specifications. Coaches and mentors less experienced Business Analysts. Facilitates requirements meetings for complex projects. Leads business and functional resources in the design of efficient enterprise business processes that fully leverage technical solutions being delivered or developed Assists in maintaining business relationships and uses broad business knowledge to develop solutions and facilitate change Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
