Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience supporting M&A / Acquisition & Integration initiatives
• Experience working within Information Security, Cybersecurity, or enterprise IT environments
• Proven ability to coordinate technical or system integration efforts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience working alongside Program Managers and PMO organizations
• Ability to understand technical initiatives and communicate effectively with leadership teams
• Strong organizational, execution, and prioritization skills
• Experience using PMO and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Teams, and SharePoint

 

Responsibilities:

• Support Acquisition & Integration (A&M) initiatives across Information Security and enterprise technology teams
• Coordinate and drive execution of technical integration workstreams tied to acquisitions
• Partner closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Security teams, and business stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and align stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, timelines, and integration activities
• Translate technical initiatives into clear business and leadership-level communication
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and execution tracking
• Help assess integration impacts and ensure alignment across systems, processes, and teams
• Operate independently in a highly visible, fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time
