AI Infrastructure Engineer works directly with infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities, modernize platforms, and deploy AI assisted engineering solutions. This role embeds within technical teams to build AI workflows, agents, and automation that improve productivity, accelerate cloud migration, and enhance security operations.
Responsibilities
• Embed within infrastructure teams to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Independently identify areas where AI, automation, or modernization can reduce manual effort.
• Build AI assisted engineering solutions using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI.
• Develop infrastructure automation and AI driven workflows to streamline operations.
• Build and deploy AI agents that support engineering tasks and platform operations.
• Modernize infrastructure platforms and improve cloud migration efficiency.
• Create automation for vulnerability remediation and security processes.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI assisted development and best practices.
• Promote AI adoption across the organization through hands on support and enablement.
• Deliver measurable productivity improvements through automation and AI integration.
• Rapidly develop proof of concepts to validate new ideas and demonstrate value.
