Immediate Need – BI/SSRS consultant – Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Role: BI/SSRS Consultant

Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Must Have Skills: SSRS, Snowflake, Boomi and Data Integration

Responsibilities:

• Owning the design, coding, and bug-fixing for “small” projects.  This work will consist of fixing or updating existing data integrations, SSRS reports and data loads into Snowflake.
• Executing ad-hoc development projects, building data integration feeds and SSRS reports and automation.
• Submit development projects for peer review and change management prior to deployment to Production.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Reporting Tools (SSRS, Tableau).
• Experience with ETL Tools -Boomi.
• Experience with MS Office Automation is a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Snowflake as Ops Data Store and Analytics.
• Experience in financial services domain.
• Comm good, able to collaborate with business for requirements and demo and UAT. 
• must have worked in agile, exposure to Jira.
• Hands on experience with data and API integration projects.
• Strong SQL knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Financial Services / Asset management industry exposure/experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related scientific or technical field.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM boards
