Hybrid C2C Role: UX Designer at Charlotte, NC: NEED LOCAL ONLY

About the Role
UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. 

Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred, especially working with complex workflows, regulated environments, or clinical users.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and design best practices
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy applications Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in the healthcare domain (EHRs, clinical tools, patient apps, health tech platforms, etc.)
• Familiarity with healthcare usability, accessibility, or compliance considerations
• Experience working in agile or product-driven teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with usability testing tools or user research methods
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)
