About the job
Our client is located in Downtown Houston and looking to add a HRIT Analyst to their team on a 6 month contract. The HRIT Analyst will provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. The HRIT Analyst will be supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
MUST BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
- Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
- Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
- Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
- Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors modules).
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
- Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
- Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
- Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
