Job Description:
Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including NetWeaver ABAP/Java, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Gateway, Enterprise Portal, CPI, Process Orchestration, Cloud Connector/Web Dispatchers, Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
Manage enhancements, upgrades, and project implementations across SAP landscapes.
Support SAP BTP integration and connectivity with on-premise and cloud systems.
Ensure high availability and reliability through proactive system administration.
Handle customer service requests and system evolution, including capacity management.
Administer SAP transport management system (TMS) and manage deployments via CHARM & STMS.
Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and change control.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Conduct HANA database administration including backups, restores, tuning, and HA setup.
Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and execute health checks.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
Collaborate with functional teams and project managers for system design and delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation for architecture, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated on SAP innovations and recommend optimization best practices.
Communicate effectively and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
