Must-Have Skills
10+ years of Business Analyst experience
5+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Strong Guidewire PolicyCenter experience
General Liability experience (Mandatory)
Production Support / Defect Analysis experience
Policy Administration Systems
Requirements Gathering, User Stories, BRD/FRD
Agile/SDLC
UAT Planning & Execution
Integration with External Systems
Commercial Lines experience (Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property, Package, Inland Marine, COP)
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production issues, defects, and enhancement requests.
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams.
Support Guidewire PolicyCenter enhancements and production support.
Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder review sessions.
Prepare UAT plans, test scenarios, and coordinate UAT sign-off.
Improve policy administration processes and business workflows.
Support Commercial P&C insurance products and ISO/AAIS admitted lines.
Preferred Qualifications
CBAP Certification
Guidewire Cloud Certifications
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and UI mockup tools
