Role Summary
Lead the end-to-end cloud and data architecture for Global MarTech & AdTech engineering on GCP. This role owns platform design, security, networking, governance, and reference architectures, working closely with product owners, marketing technology teams, and global engineering squads.
Key Responsibilities
• Define target-state and transitional architectures for MarTech & AdTech on GCP.
• Design secure cloud foundations: IAM, VPCs, networking, KMS, org policies, logging, monitoring.
• Architect ingestion, processing, activation, and integration patterns using: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud Run/Functions, Composer, BigQuery.
• Establish standards for: Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code
• CI/CD, environment management, and release controls
• Drive resiliency, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization (FinOps).
• Produce architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD, ADRs, threat models, and runbooks).
• Guide and review offshore engineering implementations.
Required Qualifications
• 8–12+ years of architecture experience; 3–5+ years on GCP.
• Deep hands-on experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Strong expertise in enterprise security and cloud governance.
• Prior experience leading globally distributed teams.
