Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager / Portfolio Manager with strong Salesforce functional delivery experience to lead and oversee strategic projects for our clients. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and Agile project execution while driving successful Salesforce outcomes. You will partner closely with Customer Stakeholders, Relanto Product Owners, and Scrum teams to ensure delivery excellence, operational governance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformation programs ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes
- Define and enforce governance frameworks, delivery cadences, communication flow, and performance metrics
- Build strong executive-level relationships across Relanto and client organizations
- Drive Agile delivery best practices, including sprint ceremonies, prioritization, and velocity tracking
- Manage budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across geographically distributed teams
- Collaborate with both US and India delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor project managers, delivery teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to surface new revenue opportunities through delivery excellence
- Contribute delivery insights into strategic account planning, identifying operational and transformation needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of Project / Portfolio Management experience with hands-on Salesforce delivery
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS projects
- Strong Agile delivery background with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc. preferred)
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
