Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Spring Boot (Java), Python, React JS, and MongoDB, coupled with strong exposure to AI-driven applications and end-to-end product development.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven expert systems developer who can conceptualize, design, build, and scale complex applications independently, while adhering to modern SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.
This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to lead the development of scalable, intelligent, and cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full stack applications using Spring Boot, Python, React JS, and MongoDB
• Build and integrate AI/ML-driven features into enterprise platforms (e.g., intelligent workflows, , Bot frameworks, Performance enhancements, LLM integrations, Resiliency patterns etc)
• Architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance microservices-based systems
• Own the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements, design, development, testing, to deployment and support
• Develop reusable APIs, services, and UI components with a focus on performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, AI/ML engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Drive code quality, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation ecosystems

Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent practical expertise
• Proven expertise in full stack development and system design with Python, Springboot Java and React Technologies
• Expertise with Secure coding practices
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Exposure to platform engineering and large-scale system optimization • Experience in low-latency, high-throughput systems • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns

Backend & API Development
• Expert in Java (Spring Boot) for microservices and enterprise backend systems
• Strong proficiency and hands-on development with Python (including frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Experience building RESTful and event-driven architectures
Frontend Development
• Advanced hands-on experience with React JS
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, state management, and performance optimization
Database Technologies
• Deep expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL)
• Good understanding of SQL and hybrid data models
AI & Intelligent Systems
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs
• Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or intelligent automation systems
• Experience building AI-powered applications or expert systems is highly preferred
