We’re looking for a hands-on FIS Developer to support a live finance environment within the FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) ecosystem. This is an enhancement + production support role—not a greenfield implementation.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and enhance existing FIS platforms in a post-go-live environment
- Handle tickets, bug fixes, and system improvements
- Build and maintain integrations (external banks + internal systems)
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end across finance systems
- Partner with business + technical teams to resolve production issues
✅ Must-Haves
- 4–5+ years hands-on FIS development experience (US-based projects)
- Strong integration experience (banking interfaces, internal apps, APIs)
- Background in banking / financial services environments
- Experience in enhancement-heavy / support environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve real-world issues
- ⚠️ Candidates must clearly articulate examples of problems solved (feedback from prior interviews)
💡 Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP systems like Oracle ERP, SAP, or Workday
- FIS certifications (a plus, not required)
