Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced ETL Lead / Architect with strong Insurance domain expertise.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Lead and architect end-to-end ETL solutions for Insurance Data Warehouse.
– Design data ingestion, transformation, and integration frameworks.
– Manage a team of ETL Developers and ensure timely delivery.
– Work closely with business stakeholders to understand Policy, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting data.
– Optimize ETL performance and ensure data quality and governance.
– Create technical design documents and architecture diagrams.

*Required Skills:*
– 10+ years in ETL Development, 3+ years as Lead / Architect.
– Strong hands-on expertise in *Informatica / Ab Initio / Datastage / Talend*.
– Strong experience in *SQL, PL/SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake)*.
– Cloud experience – *AWS / Azure (Glue, Redshift, ADF, S3)*.
– Must have *Insurance Domain Experience* – P&C / Life / Health (Policy Admin, Claims, Guidewire, Duck Creek).
– Good understanding of EDI, ACORD standards is a plus.

*Preferred:*
– Experience with Big Data tools – Spark, PySpark, Hadoop.
– Agile experience.
