EDI Integration Specialist with deep expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to join our technology-driven supply chain trading company. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and business sides of EDI, with a strong background in retail and e-commerce integrations and a solid grasp of supply chain and logistics processes. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Business Analysis
• Lead the design and implementation of B2B integrations using IBM Sterling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze EDI and business process requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
• Conduct unit and integration testing.
Production Support
• Monitor transaction flows and resolve EDI transaction failures.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Onboard and test new trading partners.
System Administration
• Configure and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.
• Support OIC-based integrations as needed.
• Ensure system health, upgrades, and compliance.
Architecture & Standards
• Define and implement EDI standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML Papinet).
• Retail EDI experience is required (850, 856, 810, 940, 944, 945).
• Familiarity with logistics EDI (204, 210, 214, 310).
• Proficiency in AS2, SFTP, SQL, and Linux/Unix.
• Strong communication and business analysis skills.
