Job Description
The Data Security Consultant will ensure secure handling, integration, transmission, and storage of PeopleSoft data in OCI. This includes securing data flows, Oracle DB controls, data level encryption, access governance, and integration security between PeopleSoft, downstream systems, and identity platforms
Strong experience with Oracle Database Security:
Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
Audit Vault / Unified Auditing
Privileged account controls
Database hardening standards
Experience with PeopleSoft architecture, security tables, roles, and permission lists.
Familiarity with data integrations, web services, SOAP/REST, API gateways.
Knowledge of data classification, sensitive data protection, and compliance practices.
Exceptional communication skills.
Experience with enterprise data-security tools (DLP, DRM, cloud data monitoring solutions).
Strong expertise in Application Security fundamentals (session management, authentication, authorization, data protection).
Understanding of cloud DB monitoring (logs, events, metrics).
