Position: Data science/ AI/ Devops/ML Engineer
Location: Santa Clara CA
Duration: Long Term Contract
Description:
● Background in Computer Science
● 3-5 years of solid experience on Dev Ops, with strong exposure to AI/ML/Data Science pipelines productionization
Essential skills:
o DevOps: Configuration, Provisioning (manual & automated), Continuous Build & Integration, Delivery & Release management & integrated testing.
o Expertise on Scaling Mircroservices through Containers – Docker & Kubernetes
o Strong understanding of AI/ML – from Model inception to deployment: One-off, Batch, Real-time & Online Train & Serve/Infer/Predict methods; Model formatting, storage and exporting; Pipelining & Orchestration
o Ability to evaluate and illustrate technical cost-benefit comparisons – agility, speed, reliability & security trade-offs
o Strong knowledge of REST API & Pub-Sub models
● Knowledge of Computer vision and Deep Learning would be plus
● Demonstrated ability to engage with client stakeholders and cross-functional project teams
● Strong applied fundamentals in data management, parallel computing and cloud & distributed systems
