Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for servers, network devices, storage, and backup infrastructure.
Perform equipment installation, racking/de-racking, cabling, and asset management.
Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and hardware lifecycle activities.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and respond to technical support requests.
Coordinate with Network, Unix/Linux, Storage, and Security teams to resolve incidents.
Support 24/7 on-call operations with timely response to critical issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow data center operational procedures.
