Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions. This will be a manager level role, who will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data engineering teams, translating business requirements into scalable data, reporting, and integration architectures. The ideal candidate combines strong architecture and Power BI expertise with hands-on experience in data integration, ETL processes, API-based solutions, and modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and datasets.
Architect and support data integration solutions using ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and event-driven technologies such as Kafka.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive delivery within Agile development environments.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data architecture, or related disciplines.
Strong Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT and data integration solutions.
Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architectures, and API-based integrations.
Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Understanding of job scheduling and workflow orchestration tools.
Experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT activities.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Candidate will need to be onsite 3 days a week in the NYC office

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise-scale analytics and reporting platforms.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture best practices.
Experience supporting both batch and real-time data processing solutions.
