Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical strategy with stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products, platforms, and data solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale data platform solutions using AWS, Databricks, PySpark, ETL, and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML architecture, system integration, security, scalability, and governance.
- Define architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices for data engineering solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to meet sprint goals and project milestones.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight and resolve complex architectural and engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data management standards.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Databricks, PySpark, ETL, and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
- Deep understanding of modern data lakehouse architecture and cloud-native data platforms.
- Experience in data modeling, workflow orchestration, and pipeline optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and data management best practices.
- AWS Certification, Databricks Architect Certification, and TOGAF Certification are highly preferred.
