ColdFusion Developer (Remote)
Skills:
· SOLID understanding of and detailed experience with object-oriented based design patterns, microservices architecture and frameworks, and event-driven design.
· Experience with Adobe ColdFusion framework and CFML application development
· Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, CFML, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP, and REST-based web services.
· Experience using continuous integration capabilities GIT, Atlassian BitBucket Pipelines, Docker containers).
· Strong understanding of relational databases.
· Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, and creating/deploying solutions to end users.
· Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
· 4+ years of experience with 5+ years previous design and development experience with Javascript, Java, CFML (ColdFusion), based systems.
· 2+ years experience with cloud-native web application development, Pivot Cloud Foundry preferred
· Demonstrative success with multiple web application projects.
· Experience integrating with MuleSoft, other ESB, or enterprise integration frameworks.
· Experience in application migration to AWS cloud using refactoring, rearchitecting and re-platforming approach.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in authoring project documentation for IT business projects: business requirements, design documents, technical specifications, test plans, and test scripts.
