Job Description:
- Experience in any Content Management System (OpenText/Teamsite/WordPress/Adobe/Joomla/.. etc)
- Experience in Creating new DCRs /Updating existing DCRs
- Assist DX (Content publishing) team with stuck DCRs and workflow – Debugging and resolving any content and component related issues to DX team
- Managing and maintaining translations through the external vendor
- Production support for Authoring – Analyze the logs, RCA., Fix the issue
- Setup Teamsite/Livesite workspace
- Hands-on knowledge of Java
